Madison Hartley

I’ve been an HR professional for several years, supporting people operations across large, multi-unit organizations. My experience spans the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HRIS operations. I’ve worked closely with leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure processes run smoothly while maintaining a strong focus on consistency, accuracy, and a positive employee experience.

Most recently, I worked for Ideal Image, where I fell in love with the beauty industry and helping guests look and feel their best. This is such a rewarding experience that really deepened my passion for supporting teams in this space.

What excites me most about my role is the opportunity to support both people and culture in a meaningful way. I’m especially driven by creating an environment where employees feel supported, heard, and valued, because I believe that’s when organizations do their best work. Kindness is the core value that resonates most with me and guides my leadership.
