Becca Dorn

The majority of my professional life has been spent in the retail realm.  My very first step in retail leadership was with Global Cellular/Cellaris.  I started as a part time sales associate and in a blink of an eye I was supporting multiple locations, training and setting up new locations.  I moved on to own my first businesses with them in California.  Fast forward, missed family and moved back home to Florida where I began a career with Maurice’s.  I spent 10 years with them starting as a Store manager and working into training, new store launches and then multi unit with my own area.  The past 8 years leading to EWC I spent partially with Bath and Body Works in a similar pattern to Maurice’s and then with Target running their Specialty Division.  

I joined the EWC Growth family in June of 2024.  My favorite part of this team and my role would be the determination shared across the board to be the best versions of ourselves (personally, as teams and as centers).  We have so much talent mixed amongst the brand which allows for continued learning and different perspectives. While I don’t have one motto or quote that is a signature for me as a leader, I would say my top PRINCIPALS would be: Inspiring others to be more, do more and dream for more.  Daily Self Growth.  Objectivity to see all angles in everything we do. Humility to accept accountability and learn from mistakes and lastly,  Drive to always see the potential for more!!!
