I’ve been part of the finance team for our organization for the past three years. As my first professional role, this experience has given me the chance to build a strong foundation in financial operations while also gaining confidence in navigating the day to day challenges of a business. Over time, I’ve been able to take on more responsibility, strengthen my technical skills, and see firsthand how finance plays a vital role in supporting growth and decision-making. These years have not only been about learning the mechanics of accounting but also about understanding how each task contributes to the larger success of the organization.

Beyond the technical side of the work, I am motivated by the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues and to learn from their diverse experiences and perspectives. I enjoy connecting the details of financial processes to the bigger picture of how the business operates, and I find it rewarding to know that my contributions support both the team and the franchise overall.
