I started my career in hotel and restaurant management before finding my passion in the medical aesthetics industry, where I’ve spent the last 7+ years growing in clinic leadership, operations, and talent acquisition. What drew me to aesthetics was the level of care and personal impact we can have, not only on our clients but also on the teams we support and develop. That passion has continued to shape my career and the opportunities I’ve pursued.

 

I’m most excited to bring my previous experience in high-volume aesthetics recruiting to a rapidly growing organization filled with like-minded people. I love being part of a team that values collaboration, growth, and creating great experiences for both our employees and clients. It’s exciting to contribute my experience while continuing to learn from those around me.

 

My approach to leadership has always been rooted in empathy, accountability, and leading by example. I believe in taking the time to understand people, recognizing their individual strengths, and giving them the tools and support they need to succeed. To me, great leadership isn’t just about achieving results; it’s about building trust, creating opportunities for growth, and making sure people feel valued along the way.
