With over 25 years of HR experience in the salon and spa industry, I’ve specialized in compensation, benefits, and HR technology while building people strategies that align with business growth. For the past 4½ years, I’ve been proud to serve as VP of HR at EWC Growth, leading initiatives in payroll, compliance, recruiting, and leadership development across our multi-state operations.

What excites me most about my role is building a strong HR team that can truly support and uplift our field team by providing empathy and guidance during tough times and celebrating alongside them during the good.

My leadership philosophy is rooted in collaboration and the belief that even in high-pressure situations, there is always a solution. I view our managers and associates as the heartbeat of the company, and I am committed to keeping their voices at the center while driving positive change across the organization.
