I began my recruitment career while working in retail — hiring was always a small percentage of my job, but I instantly fell in love with the connections and interactions from my candidates and wanted to make it more full-time. In 2021, I decided to leverage my retail background by entering agency recruitment where I hired candidates in both retail & corporate roles for brands such as LVMH, Richemont, and beyond. While at Pyramid Consulting Group, I was promoted twice over the course of my tenure.

What excites me most about my current role is finding those who understand service. Guest experience goes beyond just sales and it’s unique to each brand. Here at EWC Growth, we are finding top talent who will catapult us into our next stage of growth by creating an experience that is unparalleled against other brands. Since I oversee our talent acquisition department, I like to lead with curiosity as I feel this is a trait that makes a recruiter ( & team member) successful in their role.
