Professionally I have had the chance to build my career as a multi-unit leader in both big box retail and the aesthetic industry, where I’ve learned the importance of balancing results with developing people. What excites me most about my current role is the opportunity to grow alongside EWC Growth and be part of a team that’s eager to learn, stretch themselves, and achieve big things together.

When it comes to leadership, I believe in servant leadership—being there to support and guide others while encouraging them to take smart risks and think differently.
