Lauren Goff

Like many, my professional career began in retail before I transitioned into Human Resources. I later joined Ferrellgas/Blue Rhino, where I spent the last five years as a Payroll Specialist. Throughout my career, I have partnered with leadership teams to support employee onboarding, HR operations, and payroll administration for employees across more than half of the United States.

What excites me most about my role with EWCG is the opportunity to contribute to a growing organization. I am passionate about helping build clear, efficient processes that ensure our EWCG family receives the support they deserve. Being part of a team that’s focused on growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement motivates me to be the best I can be!

As a member of the leadership team, my guiding principles are respect & support. I believe great leaders treat people with respect, communicate openly and honestly, and never stop looking for ways to learn, improve, and help others succeed!
