That foundation, combined with my experience in the beauty industry, continues to shape how I approach operations today: with an eye for efficiency, a standard of excellence, and a commitment to growth.

What excites me most about my current role is the ability to take complex challenges and turn them into solutions that positively impact both our teams and our guests. I believe operations strategy is most effective when it empowers leaders, simplifies processes, and ultimately creates space for people to perform at their best.

My leadership philosophy is grounded in transparency, accountability, and teaching. I believe in creating open lines of communication, setting clear expectations, and modeling the accountability I ask of others. Just as importantly, I approach every interaction as a chance to teach and support, helping leaders and associates build the skills and confidence they need to grow and succeed.
