With nearly 18 years of experience in luxury and contemporary retail — including 17 years in leadership — my career began unexpectedly, transforming what was meant to be a part-time role into a long-term calling. Throughout my journey, I’ve remained a people-first leader, placing both my internal and external guests at the center of everything I do.

My leadership philosophy is rooted in empathy, accountability, and a deep belief in transparency and consistency. I’m passionate about cultivating a collaborative culture, elevating the guest experience and building lasting guest loyalty through human-centered care.
