I worked in tech sales before working for EWC. With a proven sales track record, I began my journey here as a Guest Services Associate and worked my way up through different roles to now serve as a Senior HR Generalist. That progression gives me a unique perspective, having experienced the business at multiple levels, from the front desk to corporate HR, allowing me to understand both the associate and leadership sides of the work.
In my current role I have the opportunity to directly impact both the business and the people. I’ve seen how the right process, policy, or conversation can make work feel easier, more engaging, and more productive. I also enjoy acting as a connector, linking associates with leadership, compliance with culture, and short-term needs with long-term strategy. Being part of this team is especially energizing because it’s collaborative, growth-focused, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.
My leadership philosophy is grounded in accountability with empathy. I believe in setting clear expectations and holding people responsible, while also listening and understanding the “why” behind behaviors. For me, leadership means modeling transparency, consistency, and fairness, whether I’m coaching a manager, supporting an associate, or partnering with leadership. My goal is to create a culture where people know where they stand and feel fully supported in reaching the next level.
