Title: Field Service Training Manager

Joined EWC Growth: January 2021

Over the past 5 years with EWCG I have worn a few different hats. I started off as a Wax Specialist and utilized all available resources to enhance the guest experience & provide the most comfortable wax possible. Prior to EWC I earned my Esthetician & Electrologist licenses. Electrology classes sparked my passion for understanding hair growth and removal. I paired that knowledge with everything I learned through esthetics. Once hired at EWCG, I realized hair removal was nothing without proper skincare. I never looked back. I was constantly adapting and adjusting when it came down to skincare and techniques. Once I got into a training role, about 2 years in, that’s where I truly grew the most. I started to review every module I could and worked on understanding EWC and their processes like the back of my hand. This not only gave me insight into what I could improve in my own suite but also helped me understand the “why” behind every detail of the guest experience. I had always strived to be my very best in suite, but understanding the reasons behind every detail made me an expert. This made my confidence soar and created trust with my regulars and new guests. I then took this knowledge and started utilizing it during training. This ensured that my trainees were confident walking out of their initial training, ready to be independent. Eventually I moved into the role of Regional Trainer within 3 years of being with EWCG and had 10 centers under my belt. I worked closely with our Corporate Field Trainer to make adjustments with my own coaching style and a stronger training structure with improved standards. I curated Workshops, Bootcamps, and STRUT sessions to improve overall performance within the Region. I collaborated closely with the Peer Trainers in my Region to ensure consistency across the board. Most recently, I became a Certified Waxing Educator thorugh the Corporate EWC Peer Trainer Certification Program. While there, I learned new skills and ways to influence my team – which I plan to utilize in this role.

Education has been my sole motivator from the very beginning of my career. As much as I challenge the people around me to grow and succeed, I like a challenge myself. I am committed to continuing my education on how best to support the team. I’m excited to be a resource and create an open forum where Wax Specialists and Peer Trainers feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and growing together because I’ve been in their shoes. I’m most excited to use all of this experience and knowledge to build stronger teams and create an environment where every associate enjoys coming to work. I enjoyed my time in my suite and as the Regional Trainer for Central Florida, and I plan on enjoying this role as well.

My guiding principles are honesty, discipline, and collaboration. I believe the strongest teams are built on trust, open communication, and a shared commitment to continuous growth. I strive to lead by example by remaining open to different perspectives, providing honest feedback, and creating a space where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to reach and exceed their full potential.
