Zachary Willis

I bring 12 years of experience in Facilities Management, beginning in the residential industry before transitioning into commercial facilities. Most recently, I served as a Senior Facilities Coordinator with Cushman & Wakefield, where I gained valuable experience managing facility operations and supporting commercial properties.

What excites me most about my current role is the opportunity to think outside the box, bring my own management style and ideas to the table, and find ways to improve the overall experience for both our guests and staff.

My leadership philosophy is centered around a “One Team” model—building strong communication and collaboration between Facilities, center leadership, vendors, and internal teams. I believe there is always room to learn, improve, and find a better way of doing things. By fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement, my goal is to build a stronger and more efficient operation while delivering better results for our centers, guests, and staff.
