I have been with EWC for 10 years for many good reasons. EWCG has shown me what respect really looks like in the workplace. All the employees from upper management to my fellow waxers and other staff members really show how much they care about each other. Every day before my shifts I say to myself “I get to go to work today,” not I “have to go” to work today. EWCG has helped me to become a better waxer and a happier person. The benefits are great as well as a healthy work/life balance. I 100% LOVE my job and I recommend and promise to anyone looking for a great job that EWCG isn’t just a business, it’s a family! When you love your job as much as I do, life gets better and brighter!

I have had the pleasure to be a GSA at EWC which has been a lovely experience. It has given me many opportunities of growth not only in the workplace but in my personal life as well. EWC radiates a positive workplace environment and is filled with wonderful people!

I have been a part of EWCG for almost 2 years and I can honestly say it has been an incredible journey. I started off as a GSA & was given the opportunity to grow and become the Center Manager. Our culture, the team and our guests make coming into work fun and exciting. I’m looking forward to experiencing more of EWCG!

I am immensely grateful for my four-year journey at EWCG, where I progressed from Center Manager to Area Manager. I’ve been with EWC going on 4 years and I can honestly say it’s been the best four years of my professional life. I’ve learned skills that I can apply to my professional and personal life. I’ve never worked for a company that’s so focused on creating a fun, family culture like EWCG is. Not only are they focused on creating a fun culture, but there’s a strong emphasis on creating a healthy work life balance.

I joined the EWCG team as a manager after being a manager for 15 years at another organization. I was blown away by the support I received right out of gate from everyone! I have already been able to grow in my role and become an Area Manager. I am looking forward to many years of developing myself and my teams with EWCG. I know there’s many more great things to come!
